Villa "Las Palmeras"

Located in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca, we find this charming villa overlooking Calpe and the famous rock. The tranquil setting of the villa on the side of the mountains at the entrance to Calpe makes this a sought after holiday location.

Entering the villa we are welcomed to a rustic hall that leads into the charming round living room with its beautiful beams in the ceiling. From here you have a stunning view over the garden and pool area and the rock of Calpe. The living room has a dining area with lot of space for the people and a comfortable lounge area centered on the Sat TV.

The kitchen is equipped with all you would need to prepare your meals here, including microwave oven and a gas range. From the entrance terracen you can exit directly to the terraces and to the swimming pool area. Part of the terraces are shielded and thus the perfect place to enjoy your dinner "al fresco". Terrace, pool and barbacue area are in the same level, this makes perfect for children and wheelchair people. 

We find 2 bedrooms on the first level of the house and the main one has a private bath in suite.

The second level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, one of the bedroom has a sun terrace
